I stopped going after they stopped allowing all of that pirated content (which was irrc 2013?). It was like a big pirating website before torrenting became big. Never cared for the boards. They were ugly and hard to read. They were stuck in early 2000s gamefaqs format.

It was just a really active, responsive, and helpful community when it came to pirating stuff. You could find just a ton of stuff, with good quality, naming conventions, DL speeds, etc. Great place to be for a long time.

No. The links came with an associated number like 41237 and you could post the number on GameFAQs and people could find it on luelinks. It was used to dodge moderations as the links were generally moddable shit like drugs or piracy.

But so far as I know gamefaqs has had more CP posted to it than Luelinks.

LL has been pretty chill the past 10 or so years. I hard disagree. Way less toxic than CE.
