As we all know, fellas, you shouldn't touch any part of your lower body. Either directly or indirectly. This means that at lot of us can't wipe or clean. But don't worry, I found a way to clean up.

Wash yourself above the waistline (the only part that God allows fellas to touch other fellas (so it's fine to touch yourself in this area)), and then simply let the water run the soap down your body so the rest of you gets squeaky clean.
