I had a theory that looks like it's gaining traction...

What if phill was planning to cut the middle man, and try to do the detractor podcast? The other two would have to be fucking stupid to let dsp lead business, but they are all lolcows for a reason.

Doody makes shit up and takes a "nugget of truth" (ack ack) and blows it way out of proportions. I find him useful because he is basically the most proliferent clips channel, or was before the copystrike nonsense at least, but his commentary on the matter should always be held in low regard.

I feel like the reason Phil skipped on the 50k from Keem is that he is afraid that if people KNOW he has money, they won't give him (as much) money any more.

Remember every time he got a lot od money, like with Emereld 7, vest strrwkz etc, he tried so hard to either obscure it or act like he got none at all.

Can't cry poor if people know you are poor.

Also, the money would be gone in a week, and if he went back to his begging days after that, people would bombard him with (valid) questions about where the money went.

I think it's pretty obvious that he did a cost benefit analysis and assumed based on the figures he made up that he would make more than the 50k begging and that that well would dry up if everyone knew he just got 50k.

Phil's big summer project is already up in flames, DSP admitted that he was talking with Boogie and Wings about making a podcast without Keem involved And he basically sat there talking trash about Keem So when Keem found out, he just offered Wings and Boogie a better deal to do the podcast with him and leave DSP out of it

I am being informed that Phil has spent 2+ hours fighting the same double frog boss in Jedi Survivor in today's stream, after spending maybe 3 hours fighting a single frog boss over the first two streams of the game. Can't confirm if true, though.

Keem is pretty sleazy himself, but it's just a fact that phill sucks with money. Keem won't admit it, but phill is the star player whose history eclipses the other lolcows, so that's the reality of this last chance IMO. Best for business.

Phil will not take it...He will not move forward by taking that first step. Dude avoided that for over a decade.

I'm no fan of Keem but I haven't seen anyone get into Phil's head this deeply since Tevin.

Started out with a three-pronged intent:

-Weekly shortform reacts
-Monthly longform reacts
-Interviews
-Early on also added media reviews

Currently:

-Weekly reacts not working because dents won't consider his metrics when doing his work for him
-Longform reacts cut down to once every two months (and also taking away an event from his DSPgaming dents every second month for some reason)
-Interviews completely dead
-Reviews "not working" probably dead aside from the offhand current show or movie
