ive been to a few hotels recently that have had this.

it's a great way to lose the warmth generated from the steam, not to mention having to take several steps to get to the nearest towel hanger (and i couldnt just drape the towel over the glass because it went up to the ceiling)

i do not like this trend

I get what they're going for, I really do. Theres just a hundred reasons not to go that way.

Less things to clean. Less things to break.

It's also visually striking and something that a guest is very unlikely to have at home so it gives off an exotic, vacation feel.

The one hotel thing that I'm not really aboard on is the "fog" window from the bedroom to the bathroom. Looking at it you can't really see anything until someone presses up on it. Was hanging out in one of those rooms talking it up, then I go "Is that an ass?" as I saw one of my friends plant his cheeks on that window from the bathroom lmao

I'm def pro shower door, I don't care what evidence you show me I don't think you can keep the water from getting out of the shower area.

I stayed in a hotel where there wasn't even any glass or partition, just a shower head in the corner and a drain.

It was Le Meridien

I hate these remodels in general, I want a tub I can laze in at a hotel.
