As much as CE's gonna despise me for referencing him and are already bigoted towards my post despite having an interesting point in it... Andrew Tate had a very thoughtful view on it.

Discounting his personality, he, by all intents and purposes and as far as the average standard is concerned (Not individual preferences you illiterate swine: on average), is peak man: genetically blessed, wealthy, confident, successful, etc.
BUT he went on to say that even if he shot a message to a bunch of women, he'd only get a 40-50% response rate. Which you can only imagine how bad it is for the average man in comparison.
You can be a drop-dead hideous, quite overweight woman, but you'll still get 50+ matches a day without even trying. Anyone saying otherwise and that the gap between men and women is much smaller in online dating is trying to sell you something, or they're just stupid.

Personally, I think everyone should put themselves into offline situations to meet people instead. So much gets judged and simultaneously lost in online environments that it skews the chances even more. Offline? You can control the conversation, use inflections, recognize and correct mistakes, and take her home to bed by day's end.

I know it's not exactly what was being asked about, but I wish I had an average dating life.

At present online dating is actually the only viable way for me to meet people. I work remotely and don't go to bars solo. Friend circle isn't viable at the moment either since its pretty tight knit.

For the most part no, unless you have great social skills and personality. I can see why more man are looking overseas for the right woman instead.

You are aware the average person has these things, right? Dating (as in getting dates) isn't really that hard for most people.

The biggest problem for most single people is that they focus too much on who they don't want or who doesn't want them.

The average man has no trouble getting dates or a girlfriend. If youre struggling, I hate to break it to you, but youre below average.

It might be your looks, attitude, behaviours or a mix of all three that drags it down, but it isnt hard for the average guy.

Decent to good hygiene.
Wear appropriate clothes that fit
Grooming
Working out
Have steady income
Carrying yourself well and giving off decent vibes

Basically all of these things play into things women like: stability, confidence and power. Basically have your life together and women become receptive to you.

If you are a 30 year old living in moms basement, barely shower, out of shape, dirt poor you aint getting shit. Obviously things like height, face.. obviously play a big role also but the above is the bare minimum to get your foot in the door as an adult.

Being able to cook, having pets, and plenty of hobbies and interests helps too. Not that I exactly know how cishetero women think, but it's really fucking romantic when your SO cooks for you. Having pets shows off a softer side, and of course, being interesting and actually doing stuff in your life goes a long way.

In U.S., probably. I've seen lots of people with girlfriends that I would consider noticeably more attractive than them. Though I don't really get what women see in most men in terms of looks.

Yes, if you don't do online dating. The online dating game is simply broken because of not only the ratio difference of men and women, but the majority of the women aren't ones actually looking for a date, but rather are either catfishing, fishing compliments, or bots. The real actual percentage of women looking for a date is much smaller.

Of course people would retort, "but what about the 80/20 graph thing showing women are more picky than men?" Funny enough, someone else posted it here but the actual research that made that graph never came to that conclusion. The hypothesis the creator of the chart said was that women are just more honest in what they're looking for than men. There's another graph showing that the majority of men only send DM's to women who are between 18-25 years old. His main conclusion was that the data was inconclusive, there's too many variables to take into effect to effectively come to a right conclusion.

I personally think the reason so many men are dishonest is because we just have a higher sex drive than women on average. We want to desperately get laid, its in our biology. Uh oh, the women we can't sleep with isn't in our grasp, gotta go for the women we don't like so that we can fulfill that desire. There's also a sad fact that a lot of single lonely men think that having a companion or having sex with help with their lonliness.
