I can give myself stress head aches from over focussing on problems. Its hard to enjoy anything i like until the issue is resolved.

And i get no one cares about each others stress because thats each their own personal problem but that doesnt help you not stress.

Tomato tomato dude. Having an interview is a stressor. Stressors are normal. I would make the case that pressure is a type of stressor, like playing for a championship. It's about how you manage your stressors.

You know very little about therapy and are very defensive about it. It's like learning a new language, they give you plenty of tools to handle stress. And yes, you pay for that, you're not paying a random person to "listen" to, you're paying for their expertise and the tools they can help you develop to handle your individual issues.

Who or what do you have for emotional support?

A large part about seeing a therapist isn't just paying them to listen to you, but to help you find ways to deal with your stress, and even give you life advice, or possibly even medication depending on if your stress is based in something like anxiety or depression.

You need to find the things that make your stress go away, or atleast help with it. A therapist is going to be a lot more helpful in that than the internet.

I did say that stress is normal. I did not say "just deal with it." If you need me to spell out my initial post more clearly, if you can control/resolve a problem, do what you need to do to problem solve it. If you can't control/resolve it, focus on coping with your emotions/feeling better.

If you're unequipped to do so, or unsure of how to do those things, see a therapist.
