Special Edition and Anniversary Edition both offer the base game with all official DLC and technical improvements. Anniversary Edition has a bunch of curated (user) mods included in addition to a survival mode. You could technically just buy the Special Edition for slightly cheaper and download whatever mods you want (that work with GOG).
