Someone should do a video and see if getting the name wrong on the cup is universal, from the farthest reaches of Australia to the closer reaches of India. Also Japan and Netherlands

Worked at Starbucks for a while.
You have no idea how many people mumble, fail to listen to simple questions ("WHAT SIZE? HOT OR COLD?"), or just don't recognize the person behind the register as a human being. Even spelling it out, they'll say, "mmmNA, mm mmmmm N A" - very helpful, "Banana".

Starbucks also tends to hire a lot of minors who, for some reason, can't spell. Probably has a lot to do with the industry. But, if you took random people off the street and asked them to spell "Lindsay," or "Siobhan," I'm sure you'd get a lot of wrong answers.
