He just slams his arm (?) down and then you carve him up. Im not sure Ive ever done it another way.

I have made them drop after learning of it, but my first time I remember hiding in an alcove and fighting from a distance I think. And since I didnt just run up naked with only my fists, and no dodging, playing blindfolded with my hands tied behind my back standing on my head chained in a tank of water, filled with piranha, that only unlocks when one beats the boss. Then obviously I cheated and am a big stupid dirty rotten stinky mcdoody head for being a captain weenie pants and not playing the correct way.
