Thinking of hosting one. Would people be down?

something I want to accomplish is bridging in person communication among internet dwellers. I feel like a lot of us really arent introverts deep down which is why were on forums all day talking to other people. Its just that for whatever reason we dont fit into mainstream society and its happenings

There have been a few, I went to one in Atlanta, was really fun to put faces to screennames and discuss random stuff (including CE history)

Yeah I can imagine itd be fun as hell. Wont have that awkward feeling where we feel like we might be saying something inappropriate to strangers considering we all know what were about and comfortable with it

Was thinking the Bay Area first since where thats Im at but Im open to traveling and hosting elsewhere if theres more availability in another location

I'd probably go to a CE meetup if there was ever one in my area.

I think it would be a good time considering that only the chill and authentic people on here would be the ones willing to show up and reveal their true self.

I want to plan a vacation for my reading week. I'm down to go anywhere in Canada, I don't have my passport and it's in two weeks so I can't go global. I'd be down to meetup with some people, but it has to be in a city or something.

I'm close to the bay area but I would never come lol
