god no.

if you're taking naps at work, go to bed earlier maybe. There are extenuating circumstances (new parents, illnesses, etc), but in general....eliminate the reason you need a nap less than 12hr after waking up

I do nap at work tho >_> As long as I don't get any calls, I'm asleep unless it's my turn to man the comms at night, which only happens once in a while. But when I get a call, I gotta get up and fucking GO immediately

Regularly, but I can't ever actually fall asleep. It's like a wave of anxiety flows through me if I get too close. But just laying there with my eyes closed and almost falling asleep does seem to help.

At my old job when I had hour long lunch breaks Id sleep in my car almost daily.

Now I only do half hour lunches, but when I work from home Ill occasionally take a power nap if Im feeling particularly tired.
