was just thinking back to the mid 2000s when my grandma and i got one to try to make extra money

we lost money do to the amount of gas that is needed (and it damaged my grandmas car as starting and stopping constantly is not good for a vehicle and it was winter as well)

Yeah...long ago when I was fighting against the Roman Empire.

I had the finest sheets, reams of them lined up to fold for my cause, until my nemesis descended upon them with the sharpest of scissors. Scraps were everywhere; they were scattered into the four winds and the war was lost.

I had one as a kid. It was only a once a week paper so I only had to deliver on Wednesdays. And paying was optional so when I went collecting it was just a bunch of people that didn't pay. I did get a few that paid (we gave out a coupon book if someone paid so there was some incentive). Then my parents took all the money I made from collecting and told me to tell the boss nobody paid.

middle school.... only means to make 50$ a month for an hours work per day.
got maybe 5-10$ in tips.

held it for 8 months before a move made it impossible to keep.
