Suddenly found myself crying at sappy corny commercials. The emotional stuff lasts a bit when the baby is out. I had no idea baby blues was a thing so dont worry if a week or two after birth you are a depressed mess. Postpartum depression/anxiety is if it lasts longer than that. In my case the depression went away but then I was diagnosed with postpartum panic disorder. 3 months on meds and I was much better. Nothing to be ashamed about.
