I got the base game for free the last time they did this, also they are giving away the Desert Luxe kit for free until 17th October (you must already have the base game to claim it though), just got that coz well it's free!

Only if you pay full price, I guess, I always get packs in the sales for half price, Origin have sales pretty much every month
