Jesus. Though to be fair I pretty much had to crawl on my hands and knees sometimes when I had to get up to piss at night. I've eaten nuts, had beans, and will try lentils, but mostly just having chicken every day. I'm trying to avoid beef completely but is it true that any protein could trigger the pain?
