The lack of dub for Zero and Azure is kinda strange. They must be expecting pretty low sales.

Really want to know if that was intentional or a bug with how the system works.

I'll just wait for a sale because the first 2 games I played the weekend that they came out and then never touched them ever again

I enjoyed the lore of the series more than actually playing them

They've noted it'll have English Audio for a really long time now, so yeah.

Splatoon 3 and Metal Hellsinger for me.

i've had 0 money for videogames this month it's sad

apparently doko roko sucks (at least compared to the kickstarter demo from forever ago i never saw) which is a shame. soulchild was supposed to come out on the 1st but it predictably got delayed to 'eta idk'. minds beneath us and outbound ghost definitely looking like the ones i'm likely to get the most provided they're like... ok, well i'd be reasonable but i actually am doing bad financially rn so i'd probably only get them right now for $25 or less and i don't think either will be tbh (also minds beneath us still hasn't actually announced any release date so uh that mightn't be happening this month anyway). still really want to get cthulhu mythos adv too

but yeah as usual have just been glaring at my emails

I bought the Nobody Saves the World DLC. Not sure of anything else this month.

Zero and Azure dont have dubs? Feel like this is the first Im learning that and :(. Not exactly a dealbreaker, but Id have preferred them being in English audio.

Going from learning Doko Roko exists to learning it sucks within like two weeks was a real roller coaster of emotions for me ngl

Also just wanted to say I really appreciate your posts in these topics, I always learn about tons of interesting games from them that I wouldn't know about otherwise.

tbh i didn't know about it until i mentioned it too lol but it really caught my attention so it was very unfortunate to hear it's not great

I don't even need them to have full dubs either. just some english audio in battle with the option to turn off any japanese voice acting would be fine.

Japanese Lloyd Bannings is so good though

Dubs are the worst tbh

Is there a general consensus on dub quality in the Trails games? I'm not far enough in the series yet to even have full voice acting yet but I'm totally unsure of what language I should go with when I get there.

I think the dub in Cold Steel is pretty good.

In general the dubs are pretty good and have a lot of work put into them so I can understand why people would grow attached to them and not want not wanna play in Japanese

But I really don't think it's a big deal at all I can freely go between subs and dubs no issue

super alloy ranger is good btw, imo in the running for the best soundtrack this month too unexpectedly
