Trump has a number of civil and criminal investigations against him going on. It's hard to say exactly what's going to happen with 100% confidence. Brad Raffensperger interpreted Lindsey Graham's phone call as if Lindsey was trying to convince him to find a way to throw out absentee ballots or something like that. Raffensperger testified to the state grand jury about their investigation into election tampering, and he likely brought up his phone call with Graham. So, the state of Georgia is demanding that Lindsey Graham testify in their criminal investigation.
