It's 5 now. No call, and no response when I call...

Never heard from them. Was on hold for 45 minutes at the general office, and they said it looked like the delivery before mine was running really long. I said the issue isn't that they're late, it's that it's just been total silence from them. They said they'd have the manager contact them directly and have them call me.

That was at 6:45. Completely ghosted

I don't think you understand the concept of hiring movers. It's so you don't have to lift a finger.

I had bad luck with movers once but luckily I had a strong backup plan. Last 3 times I've moved I've used the same company and they've been great.

So...

It's 10:40 pm, and I still haven't gotten a call from anyone. My mom ended up calling yesterday and was on hold for 45 minutes, and a rep said they would have the manager call the workers directly, but never heard anything. I called this morning and actually got through to a CSR at the home office. They called the local office and didn't get an answer either, and looked it up when she got back to me and the ticket has already been closed as complete.

So I physically go over there. You can't get in, door's locked. Some other dude got there the same time I did for the same thing, and just started pounding on it. Some kid who was the only one there answered. We told him we've heard nothing, and he said he wasn't even sure if either of the managers were going to come in today. They had 2 crews today, and on was in Tulsa and the other was 3 hours away in Nashville.

He got my info and said they would get in touch tomorrow. So I'm likely going to try to get in touch with other movers on short notice tomorrow and getting my deposit back...so that's where I'm at.

That's what sucks, this is the company I used when I moved 2 years ago, and they were fine then with no issues.

Me and my gf just went and grabbed some of the essential stuff today as well.

Just got ahold of someone at the local area. There's a mover on a job right now and as soon as they get back, they're going to let them know and have them contact me directly to do the move.

They should be back within 1-2 hours, and the move should be by before 3.

No response again. Already hired another moving company

reminds me of when I went though Carvana to sell my car. the lady assigned to me thought setting a 2pm appointment meant for her to leave her house at 2. while she's 45 minutes away.
