100% yes. Thanos had trouble with Captain Marvel. Superman and Wonder Woman are both at her power level, if not higher. Flash can have the Gauntlet hidden on the other side of the world and be back before he's missed. Cyborg might be able to do some hoodoo hacker shit to shut down Thanos' ship. Batman's a better strategist than anyone we see in the Avengers. Green Lantern could shield them from ranged firepower and body large swathes of Chitauri with big light hammers. If it's the movie versions, Superman casually solos. I don't even think Thanos could react to his speed. As far as gems go, he literally could not be beaten. Every time he lost the gauntlet after acquiring it he basically subcinciously allowed himself to lose because he was bored and enjoys the acquisition of power more than the actual holding of power. First time he had it he sealed away the powers of all but 2 of the gems (power and reality iirc) for the final confrontation with the Marvel Universe.
