Yes, blur those lines. And while you're at it, stop restricting player customization options to boy or girl trainers. Let boys wear skirts and girls wear short hair. The fact that Sun and Moon had a makeup tab with literally no options for boy trainers (but was still visible when playing as a boy) was so frustrating.
