I hit a breaking point with my current position about two months ago and started applying for new jobs. Had one interview. A dude in our training class threatened to kill someone. Reading the same script for shitty long distance phone service that nobody wants was torture. Mind numbingly boring. MCI kept raising people's bills for no reason at all There was a day when I lost my voice and my boss still wouldn't let me go home. He yelled at me for not using voice tone even after I had told him I lost my voice. I was literally whispering on cold calls.
