Batman gets a few "wins " on him (usually because Supes isn't even trying to fight him in the first place) and everyone (not saying you) thinks he can legitimately square up with him. IMO theres should be next to 0 chance a human can match what superman does. Batman should never be a threat to a Superman that actually took him seriously. There's been plenty of them that have been beaten by bounty hunters and the like, so I'm sure Batman could take down your typical jedi. It's like they don't watch or read anything Star Wars and just look at power sets on Wikipedia. Jedi are easily the most pathetic group of superhumans pretty much ever, especially since they're supposed to all(to varying degrees) have psychic/telepathic/empathic powers for sensing others and feeling thoughts and intentions...on top of the physical super powers.
