After rewatching that scene multiple times in various speeds and lighting, downloading and analyzing the movie transcript, some Google YouTube and Facebook research,.. I can say with confidence that the reason Batman tells the imposter Batman "I don't wear hockey pants" is because Sictis posted... He's mocking the imposter for wearing hockey pads. ... He actually says "I'm not wearing a hockey mask" due to the fact that masks are common in hockey, meanwhile Batman has his own specially made cowl and thus, does not need a mask of the sport hockey.
