This didn't need another topic, let alone one severely lacking in context.

I would be more upset by this if post-GC Nintendo systems weren't trivially easy to hack. Not that I would ever condone such actions, but from the perspective of game preservation, it's a lot easier to access "lost" Nintendo media than other systems.

Meh, does it matter anymore? I could see maybe randomly thinking of something I could possibly want at some time, but not like I really use those systems anymore.

In the modern games, using Bank and Home is the only way to get old pokemon to the switch era. You can't trade gen 7 with gen 8
