As of yesterday.. Guess this fat is going to eat itself. In a few months time I should be down to 155lbs again from 175lbs. Last time I did this I was dropping 2lbs a week.

And yeah I know I need to live and eat in such a way that I just sustain 155lbs, this time I'll try to get that on lock down. I held around that weight for a few years this go around but man this winter did a number on me.

How tall are you? Why do you need to be 155?

I mean I could log here for two months straight but that'd be a boring thread, I'd rather update with another in a few months. I lost quite a bit before doing this, just glad I didn't hit my all time high of 204 again.

I'm happy with my body at 155. I'm 5'10" and it's fat not muscle rn.

Calorie counting is lazy friendly compared to working out tbh. You don't have to lift a finger to get your body to eat the body fat off of itself if you restrict.

I guess I'm just lucky. If I eat 1,200 on the dot my stomach isn't growling or anything and cravings are pretty much non-existent. I know there's a huge psychological aspect of this though that might be harder for some than others. I guess in that regard you are definitely correct. I'd encourage anyone to give it a shot though if they are at a dangerously unhealthy weight or something.
