Hell even an Uber driver can from what I heard.

Friend of mine travels for work and he met people out in Scotland who are able to afford to vacation in America even though they work jobs like that.

Hell they can even afford a place of their own with a fast food salary

Does being a fast food worker pay that much in Europe?

The mimimun wage now in uk is nearly the same as the salary as a newly graduate student.

Worked as a delivery driver for a Chinese takeout once. Can make up to like 90-130 pounds on a weekend night. Its just 5-6 hours of steering your car and handing over bags of food. It's easy money, even after fuel costs.

I think those people from Scotland maybe have rich parents. Full time UK minimum wage jobs 23+ pay about 18500 (~US $25000) a year with a few thousand taken for tax, so it's possible they could save up for overseas vacations, but they won't be in luxurious hotels and they won't be renting or buying a house on their own at the same time (UK average rent is currently 969 ($1300) per month, and average house price 330000 ($450000) according to Zoopla).

There are 47 countries in Europe though, so there's a lot of varation. Minimum wage in Ireland is like 12 times the minimum in Belarus.
