Both should be disbarred, to be honest. One can "tell if someone's lying", and both commit acts of vigilantism. Also, isn't She-Hulk pretty open about her powers? Which means if she's asking you a question, you know she's got the power to destroy your whole fucking city if she doesn't like your answer.

Yea she Hulk I don't think has a secret identity. I think she used to walk around in her Hulk form all the time. I feel like I've seen images of her in court like that

Exactly - all the Supes are so strong, that any of them asking you a question means you have a Sword of Damocles basically hanging over your head, while you're answering... It's ridiculous.
Even if you're telling the truth, and one of these "Supes" decides they don't like your answer, they can level your whole city.

Jen regularly goes to trial in her She-Hulk form because of the confidence that comes with the transformation.

If they dont even care about the answer why would they bother asking the question? We dont penalize a smarter lawyer, why a stronger one?

Re: the original question, Im sure it wasnt apparent to the public but I assume Daredevil could at least protect the witnesses and jury before she kicked the shit out of him.

Because there's a difference between "power imbalance", and a person following the law because they "find it amusing" to. There are no "checks and balances" on She-hulk.

Now, She-hulk is so powerful that she can end the whole dynasties of an organized crime families, and do it before having breakfast. Organized Crime trials are special for a reason - and they don't even need to threaten, the implied threat is enough to cause witnesses to not testify. Now, She-hulk can defeat Thanos, who is basically at a "Omnipotent(ial)" level.

There is nothing that stopping She-hulk from murdering your whole family, if she wants to, and when the deed is done - there is no traditional prison that could hold her.
You have to hope that another vigilante will take it upon themselves to arrest her, and is more powerful. Which for She-hulk? Is highly unlikely.

If the above doesn't convince you, imagine this - you're in court - and the Lawyer asking the questions has a Nuclear Arsenal that eclipses American's and Russia's, and they have been known to use it on organizations, other people, and whole countries - would you not feel in the least bit intimidated? Would you not try and answer every single question so that they're happy?

I feel like She Hulk would be more popular if she wasnt called She Hulk.
