The person offering the PC said they can reformat it with Windows 11, but I've still got a Windows 7 disc I can use. I've heard a lot of negative things about Windows 11, like apparent spyware, and it not being very user-friendly... also Windows is pretty much free if you dont mind a watermark asking to activate it. theres programs you can use to set a background image like wallpaper engine on steam, which is dirt cheap. download it here: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10 --- For the mixed race babies! ...
