They like him more and he's a lot fresher and motivated to work compared with me who hates the place so much and is so demotivated that I dont bother attending meetings or participating in any way Not making a good case for myself true but the thing is I was really motivated and eager to please at the beginning but kept getting screwed over. Now that the team has settled and the work is more evenly distributed a new guy comes in with an easier workload and so much more eager to prove himself. Its fucking bullshit ... Copied to Clipboard!
