Ignoring the typo, it definitely is the best mainline Pokemon game since BW2, IMO.

They have a fast travel system, after you return to the village, you just gotta go to the exit of the village and click on the first area. Hopefully you can figure that out for yourself!

I have not played it. But from what I have read about it, it is indeed one of the Pokmon games.

Diamond is the hardest Pokemon game known the man.

Easily top 3 for sure. Emerald, Platinum, and HG/SS are all in the mix for me tho

The severely dumbed-down battle system, lack of trainer battles/gym fights, lazy writing, emphasis on catching mons, crafting system, unskippable dialogue/cutscenes, lack of breeding, lack of towns, etc etc, so on and so forth, make it one of the worst imo.

Some of the idle animations are nice though.

Seems like a gimmick game to me.

I watched like 30 minutes of gameplay spanning from early to late game and I feel like I got all of the experiences of playing it just from watching clips on YouTube.

There's no benefit to unlocking every task unless you want a shiny of that particular Pokemon.

Yes but that's like saying "wow it sure is tedious to run around in a circle for 8 hours in Jubilife Village"

Like, you don't have to do that. You can play the game plenty without grinding out every single research task or running in circles.

Yes, the series has been stagnant and boring for years now and it's nice to have a new take on the game.

I doubt I'll ever be interested in playing a mainline game after this.

Legends Arceus is a mainline game as per GF themselves so we are definitely seeing more of it in the future.

There's a lot of room for improvement so I'm very excited to see where they are going with it in the future.

its certainly the most fun i've had with a Pokemon game since Pokemon Go.

it may not be a major revolution but all these changes like the exploration, the crafting and the way you can interact with Pokemon by directly throwing pokeballs or choosing to battle them with your own do make a big difference to me!
