Something that tastes like coffee, but doesn't need cream and sugar

I can't drink black coffee, it's too hard on my stomach. I also don't drink coffee for the caffeine, I just like the way it tastes.

If you really can't drink it black with sugar, just add the milk. The trivial amount of calories it adds isn't going to matter.

Or alternately, add whey powder and turn it into protein coffee. (You gotta whisk it in though or else it will clump)

Also, how many cups of coffee are you drinking a day that you're worried about modifying it?

I usually just take my coffee with milk (no sugar) and lately I've made the switch to oat milk. Gives it a rich earthiness, has minimal sugar because I'm not using creamer, just the oat milk.

You can also drink something like chai tea with or without a little milk.

Add coffee powder to creamy or baked foods.

i onced tried chicory coffee as a replacement of regular coffee, because i enjoy the taste of black coffee but wanted to escape the caffiene.

it was some of the worse shit i ever had in my life. thought i was going to vomit. i threw the rest away.

If it's really just two cups of coffee then drink it it with a small amount of milk and/or sugar then don't worry about it. It's really irrelevant in the grand scheme of your daily intake unless you're heaping in a cup of sugar at a time.

Like, a tsp of sugar is literally 15-20 calories and a tbsp of milk is like 10. Little dietary fat, and a negligible amount of carbs in such a small amount. That, twice a day, isn't going to make a difference whether you keep drinking it, or cut it out.

Coffee does taste pretty great...
