do most of you have these? those computer programs that you may have to do that are almost always common sense and teaches you about work stuff but are almost always common sense.

No, but I had to do these when I worked retail when I was younger. They were such a waste of time, anyone with a single brain cell could complete the modules fine.

I don't mind those that much since they're quick and easy. The ones I hate are the mandatory teams trainings that my job has 2-3 times a year. They cover the exact same information every single time.

yah but not all of them are quick and easy. Some of them you can't fast forward through the video and they last like an hour or so. Iirc most of them are in large retail places, right?

I had to do them back when I worked at Walmart.

If you don't like programming or being a dev then be an admin. As a DBA, I don't have to write up codes. Yeah I have to know how to use it and stuff but I don't have to worry about creating. My job is to make sure it works.
