Nope.

I have had weary eyes when driving on the highway at night once. It's pretty fucking scary and stupid.

Got sleepy driving 10 hours straight south interesting once.
Luckily I was able to shake it off.
And that was my first big drive.

No, I'm usually well rested beforehand, especially for my longer drives and don't hesitant to utilize rest areas whenever I need to rest a bit.

Yeah. Ran into the back of a semi, woke up in the hospital. Frankly, I was lucky that I woke up at all.

Yes, once trying to drive straight through from Illinois to Central Florida.

Somewhere south of Jacksonville on I-95. It was really late, like 2-3 am and I dozed off for a moment. I don't know of it was for 2 seconds or 2 minutes but it happened. Scared the shit out of me. Somehow the car stayed straight and on the road and I didn't crash.

I've come close but I try to pull off to the side or in a parking lot if I am way too tired to be driving.

When driving home from UT after finals one semester I fell asleep near Brenham where the highway is both raised and has very deep land between the lanes.

I woke up doing 60 through weeds that were higher than my car in the middle of the open land in the center of the highway.

Woke me the fuck up.

No, but I've had highway hypnosis before, which is just as terrifying.

"Highway hypnosis, also known as white line fever, is an altered mental state in which a person can drive a car, truck, or other automobile great distances, responding to external events in the expected, safe, and correct manner with no recollection of having consciously done so."

No I just pull over and rest if I need to. I do all of my long distance driving at night where possible, and on an empty motorway where you dont have to contend with much traffic other than the odd lorry, I find its pretty easy to feel the warning sings well in advance.

A few times, I shut my eyes for about a second. Veering off into the rumble strip put a spark back in me. Another time, I was hallucinating the Matrix green text in place of the dirt smears on my windshield (smears weren't large enough to obscure vision).

During my last year of college on my way to a final exam in the early morning, I dozed off for like 2 secs. Didn't hit anyone, but it scared the shit out of me. Now if I feel sleepy, I pull over or exit and find a park space. But I try to get in a good nights rest now so it doesn't happen ever again.

Omg didn't know this was a thing, but it's definitely happened to me a few times. Some with other people in the passenger seat too.
