I really want to play a FPS. I do not want one that is online only. I would like one that has a single player campaign. It can have an online campaign I guess, but I would prefer an offline campaign.

Those went extinct years ago.
The games you actually want to play (just don't know it yet) are Deep Rock Galactic and Hunt Showdown.

I didnt catch the offline portion of the comment but that request is unreasonable in 2022 on a PS5. You will have to play older games. You probably should get a lower spec PC and play older FPS games IMO. If you can get the Metro series on the PS5 then that would be great. Im pretty sure you can play that offline

You'll have to fish through the PS4 catalogue for that. Doom, Doom Eternal, Wolfenstein The New Order, Titanfall 2, are some off the top of my head.

The PS5 can play PS4 games. I don't see why it matters if it says PS5 on the box or not.
