Bulldogs used to be a working breed, now it can't even run 40 yards without passing out and can't give birth without c-sections. Anytime you breed based on appearance rather than performance and health you're going to have issues. What's next for Norway? Backyard breeders don't health test their dogs prior to breeding and pass this congenital disorder on.
