Do you eat at buffets found in casinos?

If so, what's your favorite casino buffet?

I love casino buffets. They usually contain some good stuff like prime rib and other good dishes.

If I had to pick a favorite, I'd go with the Spice Market Buffet at Planet Hollywood in Las Vegas.

I can never get in because the lines are so long.

Yeah there are long lines, especially in Vegas. Although if you're a VIP (i.e. gamble at their places a lot) you can cut the line. But that's a big if.

I don't eat at buffets period cause they're disgusting

hell yes, love 'em. the rio in vegas was my favorite.

i do but i am careful about two things. i try and wait for the fresh food to come around when they change out the bins. this is to avoid short people who can get around the sneezeguard and also to avoid people to touch the tongs and then leave the handle part in the food. i am more than fine waitin for 20 minutes for the trays to change.

Ah, The Rio. It's been a while since I was there (too bad its off the Strip) but I'll take your word for it!

I used to audit casinos and at my peak I would spend half a year basically living on different casino properties and eating casino food. If I never see a casino buffet again, it will be too soon.

That said, Barona Resort and Casino in San Diego has by far the best casino buffet I have ever eaten. In fact all the food at their restaurants was good. It was an excellent place to stay.

Nothing wrong with that! Good to take precautions especially in these times.

Ah, interesting. Me and my parents have been to the Barona with my uncle (who passed away a year ago.)

It's a lovely property. Easily my favorite of my old clients. Nice staff too. I personally don't spend a single second in a casino I'm not paid to be at, but they were great.

I haven't been to a casino in a few years, but the one I used to go to, Downstream in Oklahoma, had a rock solid buffet. I sorta miss it. I should go back some time, it's been ages.

Back when I lived in Washington state I used to go to Tulalip Casino for their buffet. It was pretty good

I haven't been to many but the Aria in Vegas has a really good one

Red Rock is the only memorable one I've been to. Theyre pretty mediocre at most casinos. It's made worse because you're typically surrounded by some great restaurants.

Ooh I also love the Aria Buffet. One of my faves.

during my freshman year high school within vegas.

MGM grand buffet: eaten there twice was the best one
gold coast is 2nd: eaten there several times

ended up moving back after the september 11th terror attacks. so i wasn't in school for very long (missed maybe a week to 10 days) at my old school.

I've been to a few casinos in Tunica, Mississippi. Never any real lines there at the buffets, and the casinos aren't too crowded.

I like buffets but dont go because I cant eat that much to come even on the price of buffet.

Yeah, they can be uneconomical I suppose.

I used to enjoy my local casino's buffet, but covid killed it off. It reopened last year, but it was different. There were workers at each food station who gave you servings of what you wanted. It sounded like a pain in the ass so I never went. And then it shut down again.

Go to the one at the cosmo or belaggio.
Prolly the best ones

I've eaten that buffet so many times I actually get sick thinking about it. Their sports bar has much better food.
