He's not Jigsaw yet but he's just Billy Russo being a creep and an asshole Then in the S1 finale he gets his face smashed into/dragged slowly across broken glass and is apparently hideously deformed Then we meet him again in S2 and he's totally fine except for a sexy roguish scar or two --- Not removing this until Mega Man 64 is released on the Wii Virtual Console.
