What are some RPGs where a second person can play with a second controller? I guess you could say co-op but I'm really thinking of games that aren't obviously co-op or marketed as such. I played through Final Fantasy III/VI with @Mud_Turkey_13 that way. It was a lot of fun. We got basically every character in the game to 99 over the course of a summer. One person controlled the moving but in fights, we each controlled two people in combat. We would swap off control of the main controller from time to time. The only one I can come up with is Secret of Mana. Are there any others? I am looking for console games like this. Turn based or action. --- You know how fads are.
