There are definitely people out there who are just as unwilling to believe good news from scientists, as there are people unwilling to believe bad news / unwilling to believe them about protective measures.

Now with that being said, the people who refuse to believe good news, don't tend to be dangerous because they end up taking more precautions than they need to, not less.
