If a game has an annoying grind, I can use a mod or cheat engine to reduce the grind, or outright remove the grind. The games are only as grindy as I want them to be. When I had more free time, it wasn't a problem. I played notoriously grindy MMOs, like MapleStory, and loved it. It takes 8 hours for me to level up once? If they feel a need to XP boost it means that 1: the game sells XP boosts, and 2: the game has probably been designed to intentionally waste your time until you feel compelled to buy an XP boost to get to "the fun parts." I don't blame gambling addicts for their addiction, so I won't blame a booster for failing to recognize that they're in a skinner box.
