I didn't have TLC or the historic channel growing up so I know none of these things. In fact, I still don't have them. But I did have Discovery Channel. And I occasionally see it now. TLC used to be like a more hardcore old-school Discovery Channel. Now they make gross exploitative reality stuff like "My 600 Pound Life" and "Here Comes Honey Boo Boo".
