Seems more like law enforcement wants these unhinged criminals to go out and commit similar and lesser crimes so they can fine them for money and cut them loose to be repeat offenders so they can use their crimes as a excuse for the government to invest more in law enforcement and tax the public more. It's a vicious cycle because the innocent can hardly do anything but live in fear of deranged criminals and crooked cops, because if we get confrontational and violently retaliate to try and stop criminals, and it doesn't seem like self defense, even if the act of violence is within reason, like you shove and threaten a criminal who seems like they are trying to break into your car, you become a "criminal" too. And we can't even defy the police, even while not commiting a crime, without risking getting killed or losing our jobs and livelyhood. Cops break down your door at 3am to do a no knock raid and you shoot and kill one of them, even accidentally, you're charged with murder despite that they instigated the entire thing and could kill you and your friends and family at any time, and it happens more than you think.
