Shuma-Gorath is "killed" early on, but it turns out that he actually didn't die and has instead been slowly taking control of Wanda's body - Wanda kills Baron Mordo before the Marvel Studios logo, presumably under the influence of the Darkhold. The version seen in the trailer is Master Mordo, from an alternate universe (the Illuminati timeline) where he became a Master of the Mystic Arts. The existence of Master Mordo is confirmed via merchandise. - Wanda is trying to find her children in alternate realities, but she's only able to travel in her astral form, and she needs a physical body to reach them. And these leakers call claim they are part of the movie sets too. People will say whatever they want to say for attention.
