people who run away from abuse, have mental issues, are kicked out for being LGBTQ+, who lose their jobs, who have their homes damaged, and so on are amongst the homeless.

there are people with full time jobs, or multiple jobs who are homeless.

rent in CA is expensive AF, even with studio apartments, and many homeless in the country come to CA because the weather is more hospitable.
