Do you mean in regards to trying to mimic what they believe to be dialect or usage of the n-bomb, or just even role playing as a gangbanger on GTAO even if they steered clear of dropping n-bombs and trying to talk with an accent?

I play as the majority race in a lot of games. Like if it takes place in Asia I play as an Asian dude, and I played a Hispanic dude in Ghost Recon Wildlands. I tried to make him look like Solid Snek

So, they basically play as themselves except (a) their character has dark skin, and (b) they do heaps of crime, as would ANY character in the game in question?

I kinda think it's questionable that you even associated that with race in the first place.

A)Yes B)Not the focus of my question, but in GTAO RP servers they could choose to not do crime, they could be a cop or whatever(I'm not sure how in depth the RP servers are or what they allow.)

I wasn't associating that with race initially, there is an entire political party in the US whose whole perception of black people is them being "thugs" and "gangsters." That's why I asked for clarification on what you considered a stereotype.
