I feel the same way about powerlifters at the gym. If I see someone about to squat 400+ lbs I'll make a habit of turning away when they go to do their set. I've seen one too many clips of weightlifting injuries at the Olympics for my own good and I have no desire to see somebody's legs snap in half in person.
