I mean that's part of why he's the most popular in the actual Warhammer world. Just go out and kill stuff. Tzeentch has got to be the worst just because there's a high chance you're gonna get heavily mutated. Like not using Chaos Space Marines to roll the Empire. But the answer to that is don't worry about it.
