I can't recall another show I've seen that gives every single character so much weight and depth, even a lot of tiny side characters like Victor's assistant. Like Silco is obviously the antagonist, but he's just as nuanced as everyone else and I don't necessarily disagree with him. Jinx would be a monster in any other series, but seeing her fucked up childhood and the internal toll of her mental illness makes you feel bad for her. And the animation is the best I've ever seen. I'd have sworn it was mocapped because they handle little microexpressions so well. That scene where Vi is explaining her shut up face, for instance, is phenomenal.
