dude take your days off man, I currently have over 500 hours of leave time and I have no way of using all of it. I don't even work Fridays anymore even though my building is very short handled.

Wait a second. How many use or I lose it days have you used? Plenty of jobs only let you bank vacation days for so long, so if youre using days before they expire you could still be talking a couple weeks a year.

Are there still companies that allow you to keep unused PTO/Vacation days? My work only allows 2 weeks to roll over into the next year and the rest gets cashed out.
