I haven't had many long term partners, but only one of them was bad, and the way I look at it, it helped me learn to see red flags! Hell, all these people I know staying in bad relationships has taught me to not stick in one when things get really bad, they make me very glad about the success I've had. --- Unless you're loaded, save your money, and wait for sales.
